Work responsibilities:

1) Responsible for the project's literature research, prescription screening, process optimization, production amplification, process handover, verification, etc.;

2) Responsible for the management of the chemical drug R&D team, responsible for completing the work plan and summary of the department to ensure that the work of the team can be operated efficiently;

3) Drug research and development in accordance with regulations and relevant guidelines. Responsible for the formulation, implementation, and evaluation of drug technology research programs, including prescription screening, process research, storage conditions, drug stability inspection and other related research;

4) Responsible for good communication and cooperation with other departments to ensure the smooth progress of the project;

5) Rich in organic synthesis theory and practical experience;
